GWOP Petition formats for withdrawal of cash from Court during the time of minority

2.     I am the petitioner herein and well acquainted with the facts of the case.

3.     I have filed the above case seeking permission for sale of the property on behalf of my son/daughter i.e.,                                  .  The said petition was allowed by this Hon’ble Court on                              . After that as per the orders of this Hon’ble Court I have deposited the sale consideration, an amount of `.                           /- on dt.                         Towards their share in the schedule property.  While the matter stood thus, my son/daughter became major and her date of birth  is ________ and at present my daughter is aged about ___ years.  I submit that my daughter can manage things independently without my help and I am herewith filing the 10th standard pass certificate for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court.
